    Being mindful of helps you eat till you’re full and not stuffed. That is to say, you eat to satisfy your hunger, not your desire for food.

    Lastly, is stress management. Stress usually comes from our work and personal life. I use the analogy of a newborn child as a way to help with stress.

    A child doesn’t come out of the womb on the first day, it takes whole nine months for the creation. Moreso, everyday nature adds a little to the child. Slowly the child grows and nurtures in the womb. Similarly, nothing that happens occurs all of a sudden, but everything happens slowly and swiftly.

    Most noteworthy, live for the day and serve that day alone. Get tasks done for that day and don’t stress about what was not achieved. This way you unburden yourself.
