The bible is very clear about this and even has practical examples of how God reacts to this sin.

The answer depends on the denomination you come from. I have heard of pastors who are gay or who even officiate LGBTQ weddings.

The Bible forbids homosexuality and all sexual ‘perversions’, and so any acceptability of LGBTQIA in Christianity is our doing.
The Bible is very particular and so maybe if God Himself looks at us philanderers, liars, thieves and murderers etc and thinks our hearts are worth it, we will be saved I assume.

Like he said, the bible is a guide… as much as it condemns homosexuality and lesbianism, it also advocates for love and grace.

Was the bible really un-altered as you say? Then how did we end up with all the different versions?

The Bible is not altered but different versions are a result of translations from the many manuscripts available.

Religion has been altered to support specific groups which ended up making it self-contradicting. Gods love is supposed to be unconditional regardless of who one is as long as they follow his commandments. This is not the bargain LGBT community got.
