I don't think it is sustainable solution. most unscrupulous politicians are cheered by the educated youth. But leadership which is based on competency and integrity can create job for the youth.

Mount Kenya as the name suggests it’s in Kenya, East Africa. It shared among the former Eastern and Central provinces of Kenya, now Meru, Embu, Laikipia, Kirinyaga, Nyeri, and Tharaka Nithi counties. Swahili Kirinyaga, volcano, central Kenya, lying immediately south of the Equator. It is the second-highest mountain in Africa after Kilimanjaro, which is located some 200 miles (320 km) to the south. The Mount Kenya area was added to UNESCO’s World Heritage List in 1997. Mount Kenya straddles on the equator thus this mountain experiences two weather seasons at the same time during the winter season.
For a guided climb to Lenana Peak, you’re looking at a cost of around $2,000-$6,000 USD. This cost generally includes food, Porter, and accommodation, both in Nairobi and on Mount Kenya, as well as necessary technical equipment. The best route to experience this Mount Kenya is through Chogoria Route. Chogoria I the most scenic route which goes through Lake Ellis, Nithi waterfalls, The Gate, The Caves, Mugi Hill which is the only place to have a 360 degrees view of The Giant Billiards Table Mountain, Lake Michaelson, Hall Tarns, Gorges Valley, and many more features of this mountain on Chogoria route.
Mount Kenya is famous and particularly among the resident’s counties aforementioned, this is because this mountain is regarded as the realm of Ngai, God of the local Kikuyu, Meru, Embu people. Traditionally, all Gema homes( Kikuyu/Gikuyu, Embu, Meru) were built to face this sacred peak. The Locals call it Kirinyaga, or place of light. The mountain is an awe-inspiring sight

No there's no an appropriate way. We ladies tend to fear approaching a guy because we don't have the sweet nothing words to say.. So we just go direct to the point.Like 'Heey Chris, my name is Christine I would like to hang out with you and know you better' I think that's the best I can 😂

I kept asking myself why people keep maintaining toxic relationships and still complain while they have a choice of just quitting?

Love for us is different, and others decide to love selflessly despite the circumstances coz of various issues; Fear of losing the person or material satisfaction and many other reasons.

Others decide to persevere in the pain of the moment hoping it will be well at the end and also because they know it may be more difficult or painful if they quit, so they just remain coz it’s the best option.

We can take a scenario of a toxic marriage, let’s say the spouse/husband is depended upon at their by their other family. Him/her leaving means that the other family will suffer. Thus better to persevere the pain.

But all in all, that’s not a justification to remain in toxic relationships, there’s more to life than what we think is important to us.
Let’s learn to love ourselves 🙏🏽.

Thanks @Amara for sharing this amazing piece

    It shouldn’t be normal, but it is happening. Relationships are a two-way adventure. If you find yourself in one where you are the only one giving and receiving nothing in return, then that partnership is bound to experience bumps for the obvious reasons unless the two of you sit down and talk. It is also important to understand your partner. There are five languages of love according to Dr. Gary Chapman;
    1. Words of affirmation.
    2. Gifts.
    3. Acts of service
    4. Quality time
    5.Physical touch.

Maybe knowing your partner will help identify how they prefer to receive or express their love. Otherwise, not all relationships are bound to succeed. Ikikataa imekataa.

With a good idea, you may not have to answer this question. They will be fighting for you. Spend time to improve your solution rather than practice how to impress investors by kissing ass.

Taking charge of one's own mind and thoughts is not easy and some people have it better than others. Since anxiety is a very personal thing, the only solution is to create a healthy and safe environment for everyone regardless.
