Human beings are the intruders on earth. In fact we are the aliens we have been waiting for.

Humanity should come first. And because great humanity starts with caring for the environment, nature will be naturally protected.

Human beings have a lot of ego. Even this question alone seems to assume our superiority over the earth. What we need to know is that the earth as here millions of years before our existence and will continue with or without us. Yes, we may destroy most of it before we destroy ourself in the process but it will always rise. The concept of time affects us the most because we only have less than 100 years on average. That’s why we are careless and ignorant of the effect of our actions while we are alive.

If God’s wrath was as it was in the beginning, we would all be killed of by another flood. I think God looks down and is embarrassed by our actions.

When you are a leader faced with such tough decisions it can be rough. But at this point in time, I believe the Earth still has plenty of room and space to accommodate so many more of us for thousands of generations to come. Besides, rumour has it that some other planet(s) is survivable.

I agree with you. Thousands of years back people thought the human race will be wiped out of the earth by the cold of the ice age. Today we think human extinction will be due to global warming. We are visitors and the earth was there millions of years before us and will stay for millions more.
