Personally I think politicians use tribalism to gain a competitive edge over their competitors. Especially people who belong to large tribes. Because when we go to school we don’t care about the tribe of the person seated next to us. Same to when we enter a bus or when we go searching for a house. We don’t care about organizing ourselves into groups.

It’s only when we want to vote that people start thinking of this thing. And maybe during that period some people suffer because of the same. I feel like we can do better when it comes to this and also embrace modern practices such as intermarriages & living in different places of the country. To some extent it might help.

Food and money are necessities but understanding how to have a steady flow in the long run is the ultimate goal. We can’t wait to be inspired by people for us to realize our purpose. If we do so some will wait forever. The youth should understand that only them can change their lives and focus on their talents as you say or any other thing that can elevate them. When the youth understand this they’ll pursue the opportunities and create theirs where there isn’t. Not waiting for other elder people to do so.
