    Simple secret. Make the executive less powerful by doing as follows; Just woo all their sycophants and subjects to yourself. Come up with ideas that will win the hearts of many towards yourself and promise them a new and better heaven. Assure all the employees better pays and many fringe benefits. MRead more

    In my own opinion, I think it should be at the age where they can differentiate between themselves and the opposite sex. That should be as early as age 7 up to around 10.

    Regretting is more painful because in most cases it has no reverse gear. Waiting is less painful because there hope for a better tomorrow amidst challenges being faced.

    Christians are suppose to glorify God in all they do including music. The spirit behind secular music is not of God and therefore not suitable for Christians. Secular music doesn't glorify God but instead, it glorifies the flesh and the world.

    I would use the money to boost the industrial sector by decentralizing industries into the interior of Kenya so as to create more employment opportunities for Kenyans and to also promote rural development.
