How can we stop the music industry in Kenya from neglect and tap into its profitability?
The music industry in Kenya has really been neglected by the government despite it proving to be very profitable in other countries not only abroad but in Africa as well (Nigeria, SA and Tanzania especially). Any ideas on how to improve on this situation?
The entertainment industry (especially music) in Kenya is not where it should be due to this stereotype that it’s for people who aren’t good enough for school. People therefore choose to neglect it. Even so, those who don’t have an opportunity to learn but can make a living off talent shouldn’t be looked down upon.
