Where exactly is the business and what’s its name? I can send a few clients his way.

Also, has he tried home deliveries? Roysambu is known for house drinking.

Write down the name and number of every customer, in exchange of a discount card, then use the data collected to surprise them on birthdays and weekends or dry days. You can also save their numbers for free delivery and offers available on your what’s app status based on who views first. Both of these methods are easy to implement and give instant results for your new business.

Starting can be hard but if you have a clear and fun plan you will succeed. Here is a something I would do:

    1. List out my whats app contacts and tell each of them about my business and how they can support it by either buying, posting and advert on their status. I would repeat the same with other social media connections.
    2. Do a free beer campaign where you distribute vouchers online to influencers and offer free beer tasting and mshikaki for the first 100 people on the launch day.
    3. Offer something different that your competitors are nit offering like free updates on offers, customer loyalty cards, after sales services like branded packaging, free delivery, free merchandise like branded glasses with your name…
    4. Share personal stories and testimonials from the different services you offer in a unique way.
