I’m not a Dietician or a Nutritionist, however I can tell you that you can’t burn belly fat just by eating certain kind of food. It has to be a combination of choosing the right lifestyle (eating / moderate exercising).
Drink lots of water (start with 2 litres and move up to 3 then 4)
Have 1–2 tsp of organic apple cider vinegar in water, the first thing in the morning. If you can’t do ACV try Ajwain water in the morning.
Add protein as a component to every meal that you eat and cut down on refined carbs, sugar, aerated drinks, alcohol and junk food. You also need to cut down on your portion size and eat small frequent meals rather than 3 big meals.
Always carry a pack of roasted nuts to munch on if you get cravings. Eat a palm-ful once a day at intervals.
Include greek yogurt (unsweetened) in any 1 meal. It has good bacteria and helps cleanse your gut
Replace your tea and coffee with green tea twice a day
Exercise daily for 30 min – Try Jillian Michaels 6 Weeks Ab Workouts, it has 3 levels. Complete this circuit. Ensure you measure yourself before and after. Most importantly be patient and disciplined, and remember NO Pain. NO Gain.
