The ultimate thing is in the foods we eat and exercising our bodies. I quit eating certain foods that may seem harmful and I am maintaining an healthy diet always. I also work out often and when I don’t, I rather find something to do like working or sometimes going for hikes, hill climbing.

In short I just make sure to keep fit. They say have three talents, one to bring food to the table, one to make you Creative and another to keep you fit. Even Playing keeps us fit
