I have been thinking of going vegan and was advised that it is best to start with cheap vegan pre workout diet of protein powder and simple workout routines. Of course I want to mixup local greens like Mrenda and Saget that I can easily get at Gikomba market in Nairobi all year round but I also want the rapid stuff. After looking for options online, the healthiest vegan protein powder is either too expensive or unavailable in Nairobi. I have been introduced to some vitamin D and omega supplements but some them don’t seem legal and healthy.
Some of the vegan bodybuilding meal plans I have tried before look easy to prepare and maintain but taste horrible. I’m a beginner so I would appreciate best testing suggestions. I know how extreme some of these plant-based meals can be but I am ready for a 6-Month or 1-year Meal Plan with simple recipes with the essential nutrients.
My goal is to find a balance between weight loss especially around my torso and mass gain building on my lower bum area. I plan to do pre workout energisers for beginner’s that involve natural motion just to relieve fatigue and get that extra workout power boost. So what is the best vegan pre workout beginner’s diet for women? If all goes well, I may be beginning a simple bodybuilder’s program that is customised for women but for now I want to start with natural pre workout alternatives.
